FACTORY ACCEPTANCE AND SITE ACCEPTANCE
Factory acceptance
Both parties may check and accept the system through actual operation.After the production of the system, the user shall be notified of the performance experiment before leaving the factory 3 days in advance, and the factory can pass the acceptance.Observe the following items during the acceptance inspection:
(1) The factory acceptance test shall be carried out in accordance with the technical agreement and the acceptance outline agreed by both parties.
(2) The Seller shall appoint technical backbone to provide technical services and training.
(3) When it first uses the system, the technicians involved in the acceptance will be fully guided and teach the methods.
(4) Guide users to install and debug according to technical data and drawings.
(5) The Seller is responsible for solving the problems arising in the manufacturing process.
(6) Factory acceptance test is only functional test, load test as the final acceptance item, in the user formal load test.
Site acceptance
After the system, the Seller sends personnel to the site for complete function and load test acceptance, including the following:
(1) The Seller is responsible for the transportation of the system and ensures that all accessories of the system reach the place designated by the user before the agreed date.
(2) The Seller shall be responsible for the site installation and commissioning of the system. The site acceptance test shall be conducted in accordance with the technical agreement and the acceptance outline agreed by both parties (the test unit and fuel are provided by the user) and guaranteed to be delivered to the user before the agreed date.
(3) The Seller provides relevant training for the user's technical personnel to meet the daily work and maintenance needs of the system.
(4) During the training, the Seller assigns experienced technical personnel as guidance, and develops a detailed training outline for theoretical and practical content (to provide electronic training courses and materials).
(5) Ensure that the trained personnel understand the working principle, operation methods, precautions, various abnormal response methods and daily maintenance methods of the system.
